How Long Does Delivery Take?
We use couriers and manufacturers own transport. This is to ensure that we provide our customers with a fast, efficient and competitive delivery service. Delivery timescales are updated on a weekly basis, please see the information below for current delivery timescales.
Current Delivery Timescales
As with many other suppliers, we are experiencing high demand. This is having an adverse effect on stock levels, resulting in extended delivery times.
On receipt of your order, our admin staff will process and update you via email. An email will be forwarded giving you an estimated time of arrival ( ETA ). Please ensure a valid email and telephone number are entered on checkout, this will allow us to keep you informed during the delivery process. We will email you 24 hours prior to dispatch to confirm delivery.
*Please don’t hire any tradesmen or start any work until you’ve received and checked all the items you ordered. Building Plastics Online Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays or costs involved due to late deliveries, or circumstances beyond our control.
Most deliveries are made using our own vehicles, this reduces the risk of damages. In some instances where delivery is to remote areas, a courier service may be required. Please see the list below for delivery rates to remote locations.

Delivery charges to the below postcode areas are price on request, please call us for a quote. Orders placed to these postcode areas on normal carriage rates before speaking to us may be cancelled and refunded.

Roofline & Roomline (Fascia, Soffit, Guttering, Shiplap Cladding, Window Sills & Roomline Skirting Board) items to IV, KW1-14 & PO30-41 postcodes are charged as normal under the free delivery on orders over £20 rule)
Please note some items are not available in remote areas and overseas i.e Roofline & Roomline items to Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland
