How Long Does Delivery Take?

We use couriers and manufacturers own transport. This is to ensure that we provide our customers with a fast, efficient and competitive delivery service. Delivery timescales are updated on a weekly basis, please see the information below for current delivery timescales.

Current Delivery Timescales

• White Roofline: Usually within 1-3 Working Days. (Flat Fascia, Ogee Fascia may take longer)
• Foiled or Coloured Roofline: Usually within 1-3 Working Days. (Chartwell Green is made to order and can take up to 2 weeks currently)
• Standard Guttering: Usually within 1-3 working Days. (Brown may take longer)
• Deepflow & Ogee Guttering: Usually within 1-5 Working Days. (Brown may take longer)
• Roomline Skirting & Architrave: White usually within 1-3 day, English Oak and Anthracite colours may take longer up to 10 days.
• Coastline Cladding: Usually within 1-5 Working Days
• Shiplap Cladding: Usually within 1-3 Working Days.
• Vented Soffit: 1-3 Working Days. (Foiled colours may take longer up to 10 days)
• Window Board & Sills: Usually within 1-3 Working Days (WB42064 & WB26064 may take up to 7 working days).
• Hygienic Wall Cladding: Usually within 1-2 working days. (NEXT DAY AVAILABLE ON REQUEST cut off 11am)
• Polycarbonate Roofing & Accessories: Usually within 1-3 Working days, canopies and rural areas 7-10 days.

On receipt of your order, our admin staff will process and update you via email. An email will be forwarded giving you an estimated time of arrival ( ETA ). Please ensure a valid email and telephone number are entered on checkout, this will allow us to keep you informed during the delivery process. We will email you 24 hours prior to dispatch to confirm delivery.

*Please don’t hire any tradesmen or start any work until you’ve received and checked all the items you ordered. Building Plastics Online Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays or costs involved due to late deliveries, or circumstances beyond our control.

Most deliveries are made using our own vehicles, this reduces the risk of damages. In some instances where delivery is to remote areas, a courier service may be required.
