Eurocell 150MM WHITE UPVC SKIRTING BOARD - 5M TORUS This is an excellent product for Kitchens and Bathrooms as it can manage getting wet. It’s easy to wipe clean from everyday dust, install and work with. However, 1) There was no plastic film on the product. It should at least have some on the front to protect the surface. Mine had a couple of warehouse/transportation marks and dents on it which could not be wiped off. A film on the front could have prevented this damage. Luckily, I had more skirt than I needed. 2) The product has been overengineered. There is a rubber gasket on the bottom of the skirting, which is designed to allow floating floors to move under it and provide the "ideal" gap. I found this gasket to be too thick, and thus it makes it look like the installer has done a bad job. Just look at the YouTube videos of this product being installed, and you will see what I mean. I ended up cutting mine off for a much better fit and still allowing for the floating floor. The money Eurocell spent on the gasket could so easily have been spent on the plastic file/cover to protect the front during transportation. 3) The internal and external corners are extortionately priced, for what they are, especially compared to the price of a 5-metre length of skirting. I ended up hand cutting my internal corners and buying just one pack of external corners.
