Can I request an exchange or return?

Yes.

How Long is the period for returning or exchanging an item?

All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date.

Can I return or exchange any item? (Non-Returnable items)

Yes, as long as item is in its original condition unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all its labels and tags on it. The following are exception to keep in mind.

  • Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, earrings, hair accessories, body suits and beauty products.
  • Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, including items returned with deodorant makeup, smoke, perfume, or stains.
  • Accessories and shoes without original box/packaging

Can I keep the original item after requesting an exchange or return with Noroze.com?

No, if we have not received the item within 14 days of requesting an exchange, your request will be cancelled if outside the 30 days return period.

Where can I find my receipt?

It will be attached to the original order confirmation email.

Receipt or the order number is essential for the return or exchange an item. Please make sure this is placed inside the package when returning an item.

How do I make an exchange or return?
